We’re recruiting a warm friendly, amazing Bar Manager to join Turtle Bay Chelmsford.

Turtle Bay Chelmsford – will be an all-day experience for our guests to share brunch, breakfast, share a drink, snack or enjoy a relaxed meal with friends. A chilled out, relaxed friendly vibe where everyone feels the genuine warmth of Caribbean hospitality.

About the Role...

As a Bar Manager at Turtle Bay, you work a working week supporting your General Manager in managing the bar and hosting your guests to ensure they experience the warmth of the Caribbean and return.

You inspire your team to really host and look after our guests, ensuring that we always say yes to the guest. You will know the names and favourite drinks of our regulars. Always looking for ways to enhance their visit to Turtle Bay.

You are a natural host, making sure everyone is welcomed at Turtle Bay. You are passionate about hospitality with a genuine care for our teams and guests with a balance of being commercially competitive, solution focused, and a clear understanding of business goals and a desire to maximise growth.

We want our teams to feel motivated to have fun and enjoy what they do! You’ll have your own goals and metrics to bring your best to the business and mentor the bar team.

Our managers are inclusive by nature, curious and creative, with an eagerness to learn and explore new ideas to drive performance and continually improve not only themselves but those around them.
