From brunch to sundowners, we’re here to create unforgettable moments—our Management Accountant will help us make strategic business decisions and deliver insightful analysis to enhance business performance and every guest's experience.

The Role

As a Management Accountant at Turtle Bay, you’ll turn numbers into meaning and meaning into momentum. You’ll help us understand what’s happening across our restaurants, uncovering financial trends and opportunities that make a real difference to our teams and our guests. Your reporting and analysis will support decision-making at every level—whether it’s shaping investment strategy, managing budgets, or identifying ways to boost profitability and efficiency.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Management Accounts.

To produce insights that truly matter, you’ll need to stay close to the rhythm of the business—so some travel may be required to keep that connection strong.

This isn’t just about crunching numbers. It’s about storytelling with finance—bringing clarity, sparking ideas, and helping our people feel confident in the decisions they make.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Producing and analysing period-end management accounts for our restaurant estate
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles
  • Managing accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Tracking capital investment projects and supporting property portfolio reporting
  • Assisting with year-end audit prep, including capital allowances and impairment reviews
  • Collaborating with our Senior Data Analyst to deliver meaningful financial and operational reports

What Good Looks Like

  • You bring clarity to complexity, helping teams make confident decisions
  • You’re organised, proactive, and thrive under pressure
  • You build strong relationships across the business, becoming a trusted partner
  • You balance commercial awareness with Turtle Bay’s unique energy—understanding that behind every number is a story

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified or actively studying (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
  • Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in multi-site or hospitality businesses is desirable
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (Navision)
  • Power BI, Power Query, and Excel Modelling is desirable.

Why Join Turtle Bay?

  • Be part of a vibrant, fun, and friendly culture where your work has real impact
  • Work in a business that values creativity, curiosity, and the courage to try new things
  • Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy 70% discount across all our restaurants—because good food is part of the job!
