About the Role

As an Operations Manager at Turtle Bay, you’ll be the driving force behind a collection of restaurants—leading your General Managers and their teams to bring our Caribbean-inspired hospitality to life, every day. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll take full ownership of your region’s performance, culture, and guest experience.

This is a hands-on, people-first role. You’ll work closely with your GMs to create vibrant, welcoming restaurants where teams feel energised, standards stay high, and guests leave smiling. You’ll coach and develop your managers, challenge them to think commercially, and support them to grow their confidence, consistency, and leadership presence.

You’ll set the tone for your region, bringing together your teams with a shared sense of purpose and pride. You’ll be on the ground often—offering guidance, building relationships, and helping managers lead with heart, clarity, and care. You’ll also be a key connector between the restaurants and our wider business, sharing insight, shaping plans, and helping move the business forward.

Above all, you’ll make sure every restaurant in your region reflects the magic of Turtle Bay—laid-back, vibrant, and full of feel-good energy.
