We're on the lookout for a warm, hands-on and guest-focused Shift Leader to join our team at Turtle Bay in Cardiff.

As a Shift Leader at Turtle Bay, you’ll be supporting the management team by running smooth, lively shifts and setting the tone for your team on the floor.

You’re the kind of person who’s confident, full of energy and calm under pressure. You’ll be a hands-on leader who brings people together, supports new team members, and helps create those feel-good vibes that keep our guests coming back.
