We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in Chelmsford.

About the Role...
As a Deputy Manager at Turtle Bay, you work a 4-day working week supporting your General Manager in managing your restaurant and hosting your guests to ensure they experience the warmth of the Caribbean and return.
You inspire your team to maintain that upbeat, positive energy throughout the restaurant. We want our teams to feel motivated to have fun and enjoy what they do! You’ll have your own goals and metrics to bring your best to the business and mentor junior managers with their departments.
Our managers are inclusive by nature, curious and creative, with an eagerness to learn and explore new ideas to drive performance and continually improve not only themselves but those around them.
They are natural hosts, who are passionate about hospitality with a genuine care for our teams and guests with a balance of being commercially competitive, solution focused, and a clear understanding of business goals and a desire to maximise growth.
Our managers are strong mentors, leading from the front and demonstrating a commitment to nurturing and developing our teams, bouncing back from any challenges to inspire our teams to persevere and thrive.
