Bar Back at Turtle Bay

For over a decade, our bar team have been curating a menu designed to lift spirits and bring joy, no matter the hour. From cocktails that capture the vibrant flavours and flair of the Caribbean to a specialty rum collection unique to us, we pride ourselves on serving more than just drinks—we serve experiences.

At Turtle Bay, our bar support team keeps the good vibes alive and the drinks flowing. As Bar Support, you’ll be part of the magic, making sure the bar runs smoothly so our bartenders can serve up that Caribbean experience our guests love.

Your role is all about teamwork and adding that extra spark to the bar. Whether it’s restocking the rum, polishing glasses to shine, or prepping those vibrant garnishes, you will create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, relaxed, and uplifted – like the easygoing feel of a Caribbean beach bar.

With your upbeat attitude and positive energy, you’ll help make sure every guest feels the warmth of Turtle Bay.

• Live the Turtle Bay DNA - Embody and demonstrate Turtle Bay's vibrant culture and values, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere to welcome in guests. Support the bar team with that unmistakable Caribbean flair—easygoing, warm, and always ready to help.

• Keep the Bar Ready to Shine- Stay ahead of the game by keeping the bar exceptionally clean and stocked with rum, mixers, and everything in between. Make sure glassware is sparkling, garnishes are fresh, and the bar is always ready to serve up good times.

• Support the Bar Team - Work hand-in-hand with the bartenders to create a seamless experience – whether it’s passing over fresh glassware or setting up for a cocktail rush, be the glue that holds everything together.

• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality - Approach every task and interaction with a “yes to the guest” mindset, going the extra mile to accommodate their preferences and needs. Keep the atmosphere light, fun, and welcoming.
