Location: Bristol Broad Quay, office-based (Minimum of 4 days in the office)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday–Friday)

The Role

As a People Coordinator, you’ll be a people champion, an organisational powerhouse, and a key part of bringing our People First culture to life. You’ll support every stage of the employee journey—from attracting brilliant talent and onboarding new starters, to supporting development, engagement, and recognition across our restaurants.

Working closely with our People Team—including Recruitment, People Ops, and Learning & Development—you’ll help turn strategy into action in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll coordinate activity, keep plans on track, and ensure our teams and managers have everything they need to grow, succeed, and shine.

You’ll collaborate across the business and provide meaningful insights that help us continuously improve how we support our people. This isn’t just admin—it’s impact. From spreadsheets to celebrations, you’ll help keep our teams connected, supported, and thriving.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding
  • Coordinating people processes including absence, parental leave, and probation support
  • Managing queries across payroll, ER, policies, and systems with professionalism and care
  • Maintaining accurate data, trackers, and reports that inform business decisions
  • Producing insights such as audits, trend analysis, and people metrics
  • Supporting People Team projects that improve hiring, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborating with teams across Recruitment, L&D, IT, Payroll, and Operations
  • Managing inbox communications and ensuring timely, helpful responses

What We’re Looking For


  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting
  • A passion for people, culture, and creating great experiences
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Awareness of HR processes, employment practices, or people operations is desirable
  • CIPD qualified or currently studying towards CIPD is desirable
